Born in Yolo California The amount of construction and renovation in the area has enabled me to work with found wood and carefully examine the importance of reusing what is normally considered rubbish. It has been somewhat of an obsessive, compulsive mission that has me constantly looking out for things to drag home to transform into something important to me. I feel that the surface of the plywood salvaged is capable of small things, such as the cigarette series and larger things made with textural qualities. Most of these small works are installed in areas where pedestrians are able to examine the materials and take home. There is a new message left on the streets for anyone to decipher or take home to enjoy.

The wood used for larger projects is always used to its fullest, nothing is wasted.
